Attention: Businesses participating in group-rating programs for the current 2009 policy year
The Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation Board passed a rule that requires group participants that have experienced a workers’ compensation claim in the past two years (2007 and 2008) to complete two hours of safety training by 6/30/2010.
